Learners who complete this qualification can progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Travel & Tourism which provides entry to the third year of a variety of Bachelor's Degree Top-Up Programmes at ATHE partner universities such as Anglia Ruskin University, University of Bolton, Coventry University and Southampton Solent University.

Our qualifications in Management for Travel and Tourism at Level 4 have been developed to conform to the requirements of the RQF, to meet the requirements of the sector and to respond to the needs of our centres.
These qualifications provide generic management skills for those planning to or working in a management role. The qualifications deliver the skills and knowledge that meet the needs of managers on a domestic and international platform. We provide a flexible route for learners who have already achieved management qualifications at a lower level and for learners who do not have management qualifications, but may have qualifications in other areas and/or prior experience the work place.

Career Path

You should take the Level 4 Diploma if you are relatively new to travel & tourism or are seeking a first management role in travel & tourism, have already either achieved Level 3 qualifications, completed training at this level in a related area to management or have prior, relevant experience in the workplace or want to develop a comprehensive set of knowledge, understanding and skills relating to travel & tourism.
