The programme is available in 2 duration modes:

1. Understanding Diversity: Exploring different aspects of diversity, such as age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, religion, and sexual orientation. Learners gain an understanding of the importance of embracing diversity and valuing differences.

2. Equality and Legislation: Understanding the legal framework related to equality and diversity, including the Equality Act and other relevant legislation. Learners explore the rights and responsibilities of individuals and organizations in promoting equality.

3. Promoting Inclusion: Examining strategies for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Learners learn about the barriers to inclusion and explore ways to overcome them.

4. Unconscious Bias: Understanding the concept of unconscious bias and its impact on decision-making and behaviors. Learners explore techniques for recognizing and minimizing unconscious bias in the workplace.

5. Communication and Language: Exploring effective communication techniques to promote understanding and respect across diverse groups. Learners develop skills in communicating inclusively and avoiding discriminatory language.

6. Promoting Equality and Diversity in the Workplace: Learning how to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Topics may include recruitment and selection practices, training and development programs, and creating inclusive policies and procedures.
