6. Project Management: Introduction to project management principles and practices, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

7. Operations Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to align operational objectives with organizational goals. This may involve studying competitive analysis, resource allocation, and performance measurement.

8. Operations Analytics: Using data and analytical techniques to make informed decisions and optimize operational performance. Topics may include data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
