2. Organizational Behavior: Study of human behavior within organizations, including motivation, communication, teamwork, leadership, and organizational culture. This course helps students understand how individuals and groups function within a workplace and how to manage and lead them effectively.

3. Strategic Management: Examination of the process of formulating and implementing organizational strategies to achieve competitive advantage. Students learn about environmental analysis, internal resource assessment, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation.

4. Operations Management: Focus on managing the production and delivery of goods and services. This course covers topics such as process design, supply chain management, inventory control, quality management, and operations planning and scheduling.

5. Human Resource Management: Introduction to the principles and practices of managing human resources within an organization. Topics may include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and legal considerations.

6. Marketing Management: Overview of marketing concepts and strategies. Students learn about market research, target market identification, product development, pricing strategies, promotion and advertising, and distribution channels.

7. Financial Management: Basic understanding of financial principles and practices in a business context. Topics may include financial statement analysis, budgeting, cost analysis, investment decision making, and financial risk management.

8. Project Management: Introduction to the principles and techniques of project management. Students learn about project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Topics covered may include project scope, time management, cost management, risk management, and stakeholder management.

9. Business Communication: Focus on developing effective communication skills for business settings. This course may cover written and oral communication, professional presentations, interpersonal communication, and business etiquette.

10. Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility: Exploration of ethical issues in business and the role of organizations in society. Students examine topics such as ethical decision making, social responsibility, sustainability, and corporate governance.
